In an attempt to help the reader focus on the content of this report and to reduce clutter from the main text, the author placed all the links, textual as well as graphical, in separate windows. When the reader clicks on a highlighted word in the report, a new window will open displaying the link to that word.

There are two types of links used in this report: textual and graphical. Each type appears in a separate window. Please note that while textual links will appear rapidly on the screen, graphical links may take a while to load. The graphical window may appear on the screen, but it will be empty for several minutes until the image is loaded.

Please note, also, that if the text window and the pictures window do not appear, they may be hidden behind the main browser window.
