Analysis of Theseus, Slayer of the Minotaur,
Continued

A good case can be made for Theseus being the main figure in the painting. He is the hero. He has slayed the Minotaur. Moreover, the painter uses several devices to call attention to Theseus.

He is the central figure in the painting and he is the largest.

If you have not considered space, light, color, line, compositional devices, and even sculptural allusion, to isolate and emphasize Theseus, please do so before you continue.
